Description
King Mihenra, a self-proclaimed warlord from the Netherworld, attempted to seize control of Paragon City, only to be defeated by Positron on this very spot.
Location
The Regal Badge is located in the Powderkeg neighborhood of Boomtown. It can be found 680 yards west of the Powder Keg marker, inside the tunnel, in the center divider. Be sure to scout around for the tunnel entrance on lower levels.
Its coordinates are (-450, 45, 2170).
