This is an enhancement in the Performance Shifter set for Endurance Modification powers, available in the 21-50 level range.

Effects

Invention: Gives a 20% chance of granting the power's target endurance equal to 10% of their maximum endurance.

Attuned: Gives a 1.5PPM chance of granting the power's target endurance equal to 10% of their maximum endurance.

Acquisition and Sales

This enhancement can be "invented" by crafting its equivalent recipe, or it may also be obtained from the following sources:

	Auction House:	This enhancement can be purchased at the Auction House with Inf.
	Paragon Market:	This enhancement can be purchased for ??? Paragon Points.

Invention: This enhancement cannot be sold to stores. It can be sold for ??full crafting value?? inf during Power Respecification, or to other players on the Auction House.

Attuned: This enhancement cannot be sold to stores. ??It cannot be sold during Power Respecification.?? Due to its account-bound status, it cannot be sold on the Auction House.
