Giga Watts belongs to the Rogue Isles Villains faction.

- At the bank of the Talos Island Safeguard Mission, where he will be trying to rob it.
- In the jail of the Talos Island Safeguard Mission, where the Tsoo will try to free him.
Villains may find him:
- in the Architect Entertainment buildings of the Rogue Isles as an NPC
Description
Giga Watts is a cyborg, developed by a resident scientist in Cap au Diable. After many months of testing, Giga learned that he is capable of self-control, and has since abandoned his maker. Giga seeks to join Arachnos, by any means necessary.
