Much like my Dark Control page, this page is more of a suggestions & ideas as well as sandbox, though this page is specifically for NPCs and enemy groups. The page should be split up between three categories: New NPC Groups, New / Changed NPCs, and NPC Power Icons.

Once more I cave in to my biggest pet-peeve: the way I think power icons should have been put into the game differently than how some are.
Nictus
Lesser Unbound Nictus / Unbound Nictus / Greater Unbound Nictus
Nictus Absorption (Auto) Self +Resistance(Energy, Negative)
Nictus absorb all types of energy attacks.
Energy Flight (Auto) Self +Fly
Nictus energy beings are weightless.
Shadow Bolt (Ranged) Foe Minor Damage(Negative), -Recharge, -Speed
Your recharge and movement speed has been slowed by the shadow bolt!
Shadow Blast (Ranged) Foe Moderate Damage(Negative), -Recharge, -Speed
Your recharge and movement speed has been slowed by the shadow blast!
Dark Matter Emanation (Ranged Cone) Foe Moderate Damage(Negative), -Recharge, -Speed
Your recharge and movement speed has been slowed by the dark matter emanation!
Dark Matter Detonation (TAoE) Foe Moderate Damage(Negative), -Recharge, -Speed
Your recharge and movement speed has been slowed by the dark matter detonation!
Shadow Cyst Crystal
Cyst Body (Auto) Self +Resistance(All), +Protection(Knockback, Immobilize)
Cysts are tough as well as resistant to knockback and immobilize effects.
Summon Nictus Summon Unbound Nictus
The shadow cyst has summoned other nictus to protect it!
Shadow Cyst Explosion (Upon Death)(PBAoE) Foe High Damage(Negative), Disorient, Knockback
You have been caught in the shadow cyst's explosion!
Void Hunters
Void Seeker / Void Stalker / Void Slayer
Nictus Absorption (Auto) Self +Resistance(Energy, Negative)
The void hunters' nictus fragments allow them to absorb all types of energy attacks.
Nictus Shield (Toggle) Self +Resistance(All but Psionics)
The void hunters' nictus fragments allow them to create a nictus shield which buffers all types of damage except for psionics.
Quantum Array Gun (Ranged) Foe Moderate Damage(Negative) / Special vs Kheldians
You have been shot by a special quantum array gun!
Star Punch (Melee) Foe Moderate Damage(Negative) / Special vs Kheldians
You have been struck with a power-punch of nictus energy!
