Super Spy The Council's expert security forces keep most heroes from venturing this far into their base. |
Sea Dog Port Noble's shipping industry has declined of late, as Paragon City's manufacturing has taken a hit in the wake of the Rikti War. Now, with the Council plaguing Striga Isle, the situation has gone from bad to worse. |
Location: When you enter Striga Isle, you'll see that your cargo ship is in the SW corner of the map in the yellow zone. Travel 438 yards east and you'll find another ship. You can run around it but can't enter. This ship is moored and there is a ramp leading to the loading dock. The easiest way to find the badge is to cross the ramp and walk about 10-15 feet to the ledge overlooking the water. Level 22 Council, Warriors and Family have been seen in this area.
Vulcanologist The Council has hollowed out this dormant volcano to build a massive factory. The creations within are guarded with the utmost secrecy. |
