Carter Mordesen is located in the Haven neighborhood of Cap au Diable (within a hangar on a southeastern dock) at coordinates (-1720.2, -3.0, 2532.0).

Description

Carter Mordesen is one of the talented mystics who found their way to the Carnival of Light after the collapse of the Praetorian Midnight Squad. In the time since the fall of First Ward, he has grown increasingly impatient with Vanessa DeVore and the rest of the Carnival of Light's leadership. This growing impatience made him a prime target for recruitment into the Carnival of War when the schism occurred with the Carnival of Light. He has come to Cap au Diable in an effort to recruit assistance in bringing an end to the many crises facing First Ward.

Initial Introduction

Character. I am known as Carter Mortesen. I am an Anchorite within the Carnival. We have need of someone with your expertise to put an end to a great many troubles for us. We need your help against a great enemy that stirs, and if it is not stopped, then it will consume us all. You will, of course, be well compensated for your efforts.

Let's be honest, Pravda. You have bigger plans that shouldn't be set aside to help the poor little people of Praetoria's First Ward. Leave this job to those who would serve better as your minions.
