Overview
Rebirth Partial Core Invocation is one of the abilities that can be used with the Destiny Slot, part of the Incarnate System. This ability is Rare.
Description
One time heal for all allys and buff to the max. Hit Points in a 30 feet PBAoE radius
The power of the buff loses effectiveness before it expires after 90 sec.
This power also applies a Incarnate Shift.
