Description
Wherever you must go, whatever you must do, Praetoria will always & forever be your home, and to it you shall be True to the Last.
How to Get
Maintain an active account for the time period beginning August 15, 2009 and ending November 15, 2009.
The True to the Last badge is awarded to Praetorian characters. The same badge on heroes and vigilantes is called Vigilant, and on villains and rogues it is called Determined.
