The Monitor bank is one of the medium level Tech Auxiliary Base Control Items. It provides a good combination of price and Energy consumption vs. Control production, and is commonly used across small and midsize technological bases to help support the Control production provided by the main Control Item, either Mainframe or Supercomputer
