Resilient Partial Radial Revamp is one of the Alpha Slot Abilities that can be used with the Alpha Slot, part of the Incarnate System. This ability is Rare.

Description

For all powers: Increases Damage Resistance by 20%, Disorient and Immobilization duration by 33%, and Taunt duration by 16.5%.

One half of these bonuses ignore the effects of enhancement diminishing returns.

This power also applies a Level Shift.
