Detective Davids is a hero contact in the Crey Cove neighborhood of Independence Port. Detective Davids is a Police Band contact.
He functions as the Safegaurd Mission contact as does Detective Hutchinson.

Detective Davids and his partner Hutchinson are assigned to the mean streets of Independence Port. Together, they make the grooviest crime-fighting duo of the decade.
Initial Contact
Let me tell it like it is: All us cops are glad to have help from the city's heroes, and we want to make it easier for you. Take these frequencies for the local police radio bands, and keep your ears open. And hey, if you really work it out there, we'll be sure to call you when something big goes down.
Now that you've gotten a Police Radio, you can start scanning Police chatter to hear about the crimes as they're committed in your current zone. You can then act on a report by selecting it from the Police Radio, listed under your Contacts.
