Overview
Blahpunk is a Freakshow boss.
Heroes encounter several named Blahpunk bosses during the Sister Psyche Task Force. (20 - 25+)
Villains encounter him during the steal sonic device mission assigned by Hardcase in St. Martial. (35-39)
Information
The Blahpunk's sonic implants have made them a new kind of threat. You have to wonder where they obtained the technology.
