Description
Statesman broke up a ritual by the Circle of Thorn members that would have bolstered their ranks exponentially.
Location
The Summoned Badge is located in the far S of Kings Row in the middle of Industrial Avenue, next to a broken pipe in the ground that leaks steam.
Its coordinates are (-940.5, -41.7, 2977.4).
Accolade
This badge is required to unlock the Freedom Phalanx Reserve Member Badge accolade.
