Overview
White Lightning is a hero that is defecting from Arachnos. You will be ordered to defeat him in one of the Operative Rutger missions, in City of Villains.
Information
White Lightning was a fool to think he could defect to Longbow without bringing down the wrath of Arachnos. Take him out and you will be moving up in the world.
