Description
The massive destruction you previously wrought has made it really difficult to find anyone willing to insure you for collateral damage liability.
How to Get
Earn the following badges.
This badge is only awarded to characters of the villain or rogue alignments. Although credit for this badge may be earned by heroes or vigilantes, the badge will not be awarded to a character until they change alignment.
Credit toward this badge may be earned using either of two methods.

Earn the following badges:

Anger Manager Badge | Vandal Badge | Defeats | Destroy 25 Hydrants, 25 Mailboxes, 25 Newspaper stands, and 25 Pay phones during Mayhem Missions. | ||
Bloody Hands Badge | Hero Slayer Badge | Defeats | Defeat 25 (non-player) Heroes. | ||
Thin Line Badge | Outlaw Badge | Defeats | Defeat 1000 Paragon Police Department members. | ||
Locksmith Badge | Safecracker Badge | Defeats | Destroy 10 Vault Doors during Mayhem Missions. | ||
Pedestrian Badge | Impounder Badge | Achievements | Destroy 100 cars during Mayhem Missions. | ||
Reformed Firebug Badge | Firebug Badge | Achievements | Complete 10 arson side missions during Mayhem Missions. | ||
Reformed Badge | Villain Badge | Defeats | Defeat 1000 Longbow. |

Earn the following badge as a hero or vigilante before changing alignment to that of a villain.

- The Uninsurable badge is awarded to characters of the hero and vigilante alignments. The same badge on villains and rogues is called Force of Nature.
