It was a Heroic alignment tip my character ran at level 31. Sorry that I don't have more detailed information. I didn't realize the mission wasn't in the wiki until the day after while looking Stalwart up. I'll clear out my alignment tips and see if I can get it to pop up again. - Uh. I can't find a mission with anything remotely like that statement contained within. A contact and story arc would be extremely helpful.
