Overview
Clarion Core Epiphany is one of the abilities that can be used with the Destiny Slot, part of the Incarnate System. This ability is Very Rare.
Description
120 sec. buff to Status Effect Protection for all allys in a 60 feet PBAoE radius
The power of the buff loses effectiveness before it expires after 120 sec.
This power also applies a Incarnate Shift.
