Description
You have drawn the notice of the Well of Furies via your actions following the subtle directives and incentives it has been spreading in the worlds. This notice will allow you to construct an Alpha Incarnate Ability of Rare quality.

This component is Rare.

Additionally, it can be broken down into 4-6 Incarnate Shards. As of the May 24, 2011 patch, a Notice of the Well can be converted into 40 Incarnate Threads.
How to Get
Notice of the Well is awarded by completing a Weekly Strike Target. Only one Notice of the Well can be obtained per character per week.
Alternately, characters who had recieved the Flames of Prometheus power will, upon reaching level 50, recieve a reward that can be claimed for a Notice of the Well.
