A chill down your spine makes you feel Frosty.

This badge is one of the reward options for completing Father Time's mission during the Winter Event of 2006 and onward. It can also be bought at Pocket D from the Candy Keeper during the Winter Event for 10 Candy Canes and 500 inf.

This badge was awarded along with the Furry Boots costume piece.
