Overview
Issue 20, Incarnates, will be a major revision to City of Heroes and City of Villains.
This article summarizes some of the major features in Issue 20.

- Incarnate Trials [1] - More challenges for the Incarnates.
- Lambda Sector (8+ players)
- Behavioral Adjustment Facility (12+ players)
NOTE: The Incarnate System is available exclusively to those who purchase the Going Rogue expansion.
- New level 20-40 Task Force and Strike Force
- The Sky is Falling (Hero Task Force)
- The Fire and the Flames (Villain Strike Force)
- Leagues, a new feature of group teaming allowing up to 48 characters to form a team
- Upgraded Looking For Group (only for Incarnate Trials)
