Overview
Issue 16, unknown title, will be a major revision to City of Heroes and City of Villains.

Possible Content
New power sets, Dual Pistols and Demon Summoning. It was confirmed 04/28/2009, during a Q&A session on the EU servers with Positron, that both these sets were in the works. However, they have not yet been linked to a specific issue.
