Description
The top of Atlas' statue is the first place many flying heroes will go.
Location
The Top Dog Badge is located in the Atlas Plaza neighborhood of Atlas Park. It is at the apex of the globe that the Atlas statue just in front of City Hall is holding. This badge is inaccessible to heroes who cannot fly, superjump, or teleport, or arrange to have another hero transport them to the badge marker.
Its coordinates are (134, 314, -340).

This badge is required to unlock the Received the Atlas Medallion Badge accolade.
