- I thought I had heard it wasn't possible to get up there with Super Jump, but my level 23 scrapper, with 1 level 20 DO, was able to get onto the globe from the top of the flag pole on City Hall, but not from the top of the building. --StarGeek 14:10, 10 March 2006 (PST)
