Description
This electrical horror has sprung forth from Dr. Aeon's Power Transference System! Could this be a side-effect of tapping into Mount Diable?

Notes
A Deathsurge is spawned for every 100 Cap au Diable Demons that are killed in the zone. [1] Up to three Deathsurges can be present at any one time.
