Description
Bah humbug! You've done your best to disrupt the holidays over in Paragon City.
How to Get
Scrooge was initially obtained by completing the mission to Steal Presents bound for Paragon City assigned by Operative Karl, Operative Franco, or Operative Gruber during the Winter Event 2005.
It is also available during the Winter Event 2007 as a prize purchased from the Candy Keeper for 25 Candy Canes.
Notes
- The Holiday Spirit Badge is the heroic equivalent, given for finding stolen presents.
- This badge unlocks the Stocking Cap costume piece.
