Penelope Yin's Friend replaced Sister Psyche's Comrade for all characters that had earned the latter as of Issue 23.
The Penelope Yin's Friend badge is awarded to characters of the hero and vigilante alignments. The same badge on villains and rogues is called Penelope Yin's Betrayer.
