Issue 22, Death Incarnate, will be a major revision to City of Heroes and City of Villains.
Announced Content
- Revamp of the Dark Astoria zone
- Solo Incarnate path
- New Powersets
- Darkness Control (for Controllers and Dominators, free for VIP)
- Dark Affinity (secondary power set for Controllers, based off Dark Miasma)
- Dark Assault (secondary power set for Dominators, based off Dark Blast and Dark Melee)
- Staff Fighting (for Scrappers, Tankers, Brutes, and Stalkers, purchased at Paragon Market)
- Stalker's Assassin's Strike will be buffed to have usage out of hide, along with Assassin's Focus, a new inherent for Stalkers to compete for high DPS
