Overview
Incandescence Total Radial Invocation is one of the abilities that can be used with the Destiny Slot, part of the Incarnate System. This ability is Rare.
Description
Activating this power teleports all League members to the targeted location. Foes in the AoE will be knocked back, stunned and become intangible for a short duration of time. All allies will get their Healing Resistance reduced, resulting in more HP healed. This power also grants a stealth buff to all allies.
The buffs last for 60 sec.
This power also applies a Incarnate Shift.
