Titan Weapons is official description from in-game overview.
The Titan Weapons power set is a "Purchasable" power set - it must be purchased by VIP, Premium or Free Players. The cost is 800 Paragon Points on the Paragon Market.

Brute, Scrapper, Tanker
The Titan Weapons power set is available as a primary set for Brutes and Scrappers, and a secondary set for Tankers. if all powers are in the same levelup order under all three archetypes, use {{Powers_SplitLevelHeader}} and {{Powers_SplitLevelRow}}...otherwise make separate tables for the one(s) that is(are) different using {{Powers_LevelHeader}} and {{Powers_LevelRow}}
