While rampaging in the Rogue Isles, you acquired an Immobilizer Ray. Unfortunately, it seems to require something only present there to recharge.

Obtain the following badges:

Electrician Badge | Defeats | Defeat 100 Cap au Diable Demons. |

Notes
The Yesterday's News badge is awarded to characters of the hero and vigilante alignments. The same badge on villains and rogues is called Headline Stealer.
