Overview
Apex is a member of the three-person team featured in Blue King Studios' 12 issue run of the City of Heroes Comic. He fought alongside War Witch and Horus. Despite fighting against the likes of Crey, Carnival of Shadows, Fifth Column and others, at the end of the serialization, he advertised himself as a level 15 Scrapper.
