Overview
The Black Helicopter Line is one of the services provided to move villains around the Rogue Isles. Prior to Issue 19, access to city zones was split between multiple different routes.
The stops on the Black Helicopter Line are as follows:
- Mercy Island (North and South)
- Cap au Diable
- Nerva Archipelago
- St. Martial
- Grandville
