Mark Freeman is a mutant with the ability to communicate with machines. He has been focusing his attention on the Clockwork activity lately, altough he's also interested in the mysterious Lost. Mark makes his home in Skyway City.
Mark can be a little brusque, but he has a connection that no one else can possibly match.
Information
Gun Dealer
A staunch defender of the second amendment, Carla Brunelli believes that force must be met with force. In a place as dangerous as Paragon City, she does good business selling weapons, but Carla is no cold-hearted profiteer. She goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to background checks, using her police contacts to make sure she's not selling firearms to criminals. A major leader in her neighborhood watch program, Carla's greatest concern is keeping the city's streets safe.

Stop the Clockwork assaults in Steel Canyon
Briefing
I'm getting some disturbing reports about the Clockwork activity in Steel Canyon. It seems they're no longer content to scavenge from the streets. Now they're assaulting any citizen who happens to be wearing jewelry, a watch, or anything else metallic. You've got to stop the Clockwork assaults in Steel Canyon, Hero.
You could try looking for Clockwork in Blyde Square or near Silver Lake. But I'm sure any neighborhood in Steel Canyon could use your help.
Mission Objective(s)
- Combat Clockwork in Steel Canyon
- Defeat 10 Clockwork
Debriefing
Thanks, Hero, you did a great job. Steel Canyon residents are breathing a little easier now.
(CLOCKWORK IN STEEL CANYON: Clockworks aren't a common sight in SC at this level. They are somewhat common in the rooftops of the Icon (Tailor) neighborhood, but those will be too high level for this mission. Your best bet to complete this mission is to check the rooftops of the Freedom Corps store and nearby buildings, as well as the rooftop of the Natural Store. Clockwork only seem to spawn in the rooftops of low buildings in this zone, and those have the lowest level Clockworks I have seen in this zone. A couple of trips to these two locations should clear this mission. Clockwork bosses are notably absent in this zone for some reason, but beware of Lieutenants, which seem to be common. Good luck!)
Talk to Security Chief
Briefing
The Trolls are rampaging again! The Security Chief asked for you by name. Find him, and get your assignment.
These rampages are happening more and more. Something has to be done.
Mission Objective(s)
- Talk to Security Chief
Briefing: Skyway City Security Chief
Take this and get on the streets immediately. Stop those Trolls! The've caused a lot of havoc in Vista Plaza and the Astral District.
Skyway City briefing | |
Back in the 1970s, there was huge drive to create highways to relieve congestion in the city. No one would need to drive on the surface streets - instead, we would drive above them! So the city started building high spanning bridges everywhere, and Skyway City quickly turned into one high highway in sky. Now this zone is home to a street gang that likes to camp out underneath bridges: The Trolls. These are thugs who've mutated, thanks to taking a bit too much Superadine. But watch out: the drug has given many of them inhuman strenght and resistance. |
Mission Objective(s)
- Stop rampage in Skyway City
- Defeat 10 Trolls
