I figured this out when I was on a TF and decided to take a short cut through the RCS. I think I was around level 35 or so (Manticore tf?) and heading toward CF. - Having everything on one page and using redirects makes sense, because then there aren't these short little "one-off" pages all over the place explaining different pieces of the same feature.
