In a general sense, movement refers to the 4 modes of travel (and associated Travel Powers):
In terms of the Invention System set bonus, movement refers only to running, jumping, and flight.
It may also refer to the actual movement of a player's character on the screen, as controlled by the keyboard and mouse. Whether a player is using a travel power or merely running in game, their character can move along the X, Y, and Z axes, and turn left or right. More information can be found here: Player's Guide to the Cities. While normally controlled via a "WASD" and mouse control, the following template has information on moving via slash commands:
