Okay, there seems to be an inconsistancy between the Wiki and Red Tomax's guide. Red Tomax lists Maros as being level 25-30, not 25-29 as noted here. I tend to think of the contact ranges as "What's the first level where I can get missions from this contact," and "What's the highest level where I can get missions from this contact".
