:I found an orphan bold marker at the end of the header for mission 6.2.1. Removing it seems to have fixed the problem. - I found an orphan bold marker at the end of the header for mission 6.2.1. Removing it seems to have fixed the problem. It's weird that it would affect the TOC, too. —
