Will of the Controller is a Store-Bought Enhancement Set from Super Packs in the Paragon Market, and is also available from Reward Merit Vendors and Incarnate Merit Vendors. It can only be slotted by Controllers, and the Controller must be level 10 or higher.

There are six enhancements in this set:


The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of the enhancements in this set into a single power:

  • Two enhancements improves the Damage of all your powers by 2.5%.
  • Three enhancements improves the duration of your Immobilize effects by 6%.
  • Three enhancements improves the duration of your Sleep effects by 6%.
  • Three enhancements improves the duration of your Fear effects by 3.3%.
  • Three enhancements improves the duration of your Confuse effects by 3%.
  • Three enhancements improves the duration of your Hold effects by 3%.
  • Three enhancements improves the duration of your Stun effects by 3%.
  • Four enhancements improves the Accuracy of all your powers by 9%.
  • Five enhancements improves the Recharge of all your powers by 8.75%.
  • Six enhancements increases Ranged Defense by 3.13%.
  • Six enhancements increases Energy and Negative Energy Defense by 1.565%.
