I have heard tell that the recipe will only allow you to make ONE pistol Maelstrom's, and that the other one must be bought for Emp Merits (when the option from Mikey becomes available) or wait for another recipe to drop. Emp Merit
I have heard tell that the recipe will only allow you to make ONE pistol Maelstrom's, and that the other one must be bought for Emp Merits (when the option from Mikey becomes available) or wait for another recipe to drop. I have not gotten the recipe myself, so I have no idea if this is accurate... but considering this whole article is mostly hearsay at this point, I added that bit to the article to make it more complete and easier to modify if a cost is found out. —Thirty7
