Usage
This infobox may be added to Archetype pages to provide at-a-glance statistics for each archetype in City of Heroes/Villans.
Arguments that may be passed to the template are as follows:
- archetype
- not required
- The value passed in by this parameter will be used as the title at the top of the infobox. If no value is passed, {{PAGENAME}} is used by default.
- image
- not required
- The file reference passed by this parameter should be representative of the archetype being documented. For example, when documenting the Blaster archetype, [[File:Archetypeicon blaster.png]] should be used. If no value is passed, the template will default to showing no image.
- alignment
- not required
- This value is used to indicate whether the archetype being documented is a hero or villain archetype. Valid values are as follows:
- Hero:
- h
- hero
- heroes
- Villain:
- v
- vill
- villain
- villains
- Hero:
- The value passed in with this parameter will produce the following results
- Hero:
- A heroic alignment icon will be displayed at the top of the infobox.
- The epic power pools will link to Ancillary Power Pools.
- Villain:
- A villainous alignment icon will be displayed at the top of the infobox.
- The epic power pools will link to Patron Power Pools.
- Invalid value or no value
- No alignment icon will be displayed at the top of the infobox.
- The epic power pools will not link to any article.
- Hero:

- This is the functional category (i.e. Ranged, Support, Buff/Debuff, Summon) of the archetype's primary power sets. If no value is specified, nothing will be displayed.
- sec
- not required
- This is the functional category (i.e. Defense, Support, Buff/Debuff, Melee) of the archetype's secondary power sets. If no value is specified, nothing will be displayed.
- inherent
- not required
- The inherent power of the archetype. If no value is specified, nothing will be displayed.
- hp_base
- not required
- The value of the archetype's base hit points at level 50, as recorded in Hit Points. If no value is specified, nothing will be displayed.
- hp_max
- not required
- The value of the archetype's maximum hit points at level 50, as recorded in Hit Points. If no value is specified, nothing will be displayed.
- pri_sets

- The number of primary power sets available to the archetype. If no value is specified, nothing will be displayed.
- sec_sets

- The number of secondary power sets available to the archetype. If no value is specified, nothing will be displayed.
