Description
Ever since you got out of the Big Zig, heroes and do-gooders have hunted you down.
How to Get
This badge is being awarded to all villain characters who log into the game during the month of November 2006.
Note
The Elusive badge is awarded to characters of the villain and rogue alignments. The same badge on heroes and vigilantes is called Pursuer.
