Detective Westbrush has a bad reputation for use of excessive force, but no one can argue with his records. He gets the job done, even if a lot of people don't like his methods.
Initial Contact
Can't say I'm impressed, but the city needs you people. Let me make sure you have the frequencies for the police band, and then we can get started. You do enough for us, we'll keep you in the know if something big goes down.
