Charlie Biggs is a Special Boss belonging to the Independent faction.
Villains can find him in the following mission:
- Take down rival exterminator from Terrence Dobbs (Levels 40-44)
Information
Charlie Biggs is the new exterminator on the block and a rival to Terrence Dobbs. This town ain't big enough for the both of them!
