Description
- Heroes
It doesn't matter who or where, you will stop anyone who threatens your city.
- Villains
Having a reputation for beating down villains has actually helped more than hurt you in the Rogue Isles.
How to Get
Defeat 25 "signature villains", initially encompassing Safeguard Mission villains, but later expanded to many different groups.

- Any enemy from the following groups count: more groups??
- Does not have to be of Archvillain rank to count.
- Other good places to find groups of enemies that count include the Statesman Task Force, signature villains in Recluse's Victory, and Tip Missions.

- There is a way to get this badge really fast when you got the contact Provost Marchand and his second mission "Bring Order to Brickstown". There are 4 villains in there. You can play but dont finish the mission.
