It's Halloween! Time to dress up and have some fun. This costume will let you dress up as a Freakshow Boss at any time for the next two weeks. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.

This power was given to people who attended San Diego Comic-Con 2008 and received one of one thousand passes to the Pocket D Jubilee which took place at Aubergine on July 26, 2008.
Contests
City of Heroes community developers Avatea, Niviene, and theOcho held contests on the "Forum Games" section of the City of Heroes forums every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from January 11, 2010, to July 30, 2010. The winners of these contests were given a choice of one of six costume codes, including the Freakshow Boss costume.
Paragon Market
It was re-released on July 3, 2012, for 480pp, with a sale price of 240pp until July 9, 2012.
