Overview
Angels are NPCs who appear on rooftops in the Arcane Quarter, Lamplight Junction, and City of Souls neighborhoods of Night Ward. They do not engage in combat or allow any interaction with players. However, they will usually speak one line of dialogue and fade from sight if a player tarries too long near them.
