Description
The Arrow of Jealousy can be used on friendly or hostile targets alike. If used on an Ally, it will increase their damage temporarily. If used on a Foe, it will cause them to be Confused.
How to Get
To obtain this power mis-deliver a valentine tip to an unintended recipient during the Spring Fling after being attuned by DJ Zero.
