Later on during Issue 9 open beta testing, he swapped over to being a heroic tank and has been seen fishing occasionally in Steel Canyon with BackAlleyBrawler. Watcher also was the first Developer to make an appearance at the Third Anniversary Event.
After Issue 9 testing was over, it was revealed that Watcher was in fact Positron incognito.
