Shift is a drug based on the mutagen the Lost use to convert people to their cause. It is first encountered in Eliza Thorpe's mission Stop the spread of the drug Shift. Dr. Shelly Percey is also aware of the drug. The drug contributed to Dr. Sebastian Rossi's mental degradation.
