Spend five cumulative hours in the Siren's Call PvP zone.

The Raider badge is awarded to characters of the villain and rogue alignments. The same badge on heroes and vigilantes is called Siren's Song.

Note that the timer is reset if you enter any missions (including missions in Siren's Call itself) or leave the zone.  After spending five or more hours in Siren's Call, you must log out and log back in (again, ''without'' leaving the zone) in order to receive the badge.
